I am blown away every week here at City Crafter Challenge Blog by all your entries and the amazing talent that each of you share. Hi, hope this finds everyone well, It's June here with this weeks challenge. " I See Stars"  your card or project should include stars or a star or in the shape of a star or anything else you can come up with that has a star incorporated in it.  Everyone or at least the Mothers that have kids in school should have extra free time now that the kids are back in school, so relax and spend a little of that free time {ha ha} creating and give us some of your best work.  Think outside the box and show us what you can come up with.  Have fun and good luck to all.

Guest Designer
I am pleased to introduce you to our guest designer this week. Jessy Christopher is a paper crafter/blogger I found while looking for a overseas DT, I love her beautiful work and thought that I should share her talent with you, here you go, from Malaysia, Jessy Christopher.

In her words - Hello! My name is Jessy Christopher. I am a 29-year old preschool teacher & a photographer in Malaysia. I have been scrapping since 2007. I started off with digital & hybrid scrapbooking and finally ventured into paper scrapbooking in the early of 2008.
What I love the most about scrapbooking is the freedom to express myself. There are no boundaries, I can do whatever I want on my creations. Scrapbooking has become quite a passion and when I have any free time, it's the first thing to do in my list! Basically I sleep, eat & dream scrapbook! I always enjoy doing cards, layouts & also altered projects.
My creations have been featured in Creating Keepsakes & Scrapbook Trends.
I am always gear up to try out different techniques & enjoy playing with different medium. I am a BIG fan of mist & paint. Just love getting my hands dirty : )!
Do drop by my blog: Teacher Jessy's Blog, simply because I'd love to hear from you!!

Jessy not only make one, but two project for us this week, thanks Jessy!

CCCB week 17 ~ I left my HEART in San Francisco...

Hi all, can't believe that it is week 17 for City Crafter Challenge Blog, how time flies. Did you all have a great summer so far?
Now this week, I am taking you to a city in America that I love so dearly, I've been there many times but still, I want to visit again and again.
There's a song from Tony Bennett, written in 1954, not only best known as his signature song, but also best described my feeling for this lovely city...... guess you know by now where I am taking you to?
Yes, it is San Francisco
What's in San Francisco that I love so much? Oh plenty... Fisherman's Wharf, Cow Hollow, Nob Hill, Bay Bridge and of course the Golden Gate Bridge, not forgetting my favorite Seafood Pasta in the whole wide world is there at Scoma. So ya, off we go.......

~Kirsty Vittetoe

CCCB week 17 ~ I left my HEART in San Francisco
This week challenge, is to create a card/layout/project that has a HEART (or hearts) in it, it can be paper with hearts, stamp, images, charm, anything, it is not a requirement to follow the colors from this picture as it is purely for eye candy only.
This sweet image above is from the very talented Koralee (Bluebird Notes), I am sure many of you will agree with me that Koralee has a very pretty and interesting blog, she often display beautiful images and words that make your mind wonders, if you haven't yet visit Bluebird Notes, do pop over, you will know what I mean.
Thanks Koralee, for letting us use your beautiful artwork!

Guest Designer
We are thrilled to have Lori Hairston as our Guest Designer this week. Lori has been participating in City Crafter challenges and won not just once, but twice (week 12 and 15) for our challenge. Her works are filled with shabby vintage beauties and you can see lots of effort she puts into it.

In her words - I've been married for 28 years to my husband, Dennis and our daughter, Lauren is already 24! We have had an empty nest for several years now and that was the catalyst for all this papercrafting. I suddenly needed something to do. Creating is so satisfying and I love it when I feel challenged. That is one reason I've been so thrilled with the City Crafter Challenge Blog. The challenges are inspiring. Thank you, Kirsty, for inviting me to be the guest designer this week. I love the challenge (who doesn't like hearts) and really like the inspiration photo as well. Happy creating everyone!
