Week 166 ~ Cooling Down

Guest Designer

Please meet......

I’m so happy to be back again as a guest designer at CCCB. I love City Crafters and these sweet and talented ladies who come up with interesting challenges every week.

I'm a retired graphic designer who has worked in the craft and hobby industry for my entire life, growing up in a family owned business. My husband, aka The Penmaker, and I love working on our crafts. We are always on the lookout for a new scrapbook or woodworking shop, and will drive as far as it takes to get to one. My first love is card making, but I’ll try nearly any paper crafting project... layouts, art journaling, mini albums and altered items. We have four grown children, who are now all married, and seven grandchildren with number eight on the way. We are so blessed.

Linda is going to be our special guest star for this week and the next 2 weeks.
Here's Linda's amazing creation this week!

Linda would be thrilled if you stop by to say "Hi"

Guest Designer

Please meet.....

My name is Irena Kowalczyk (aka Rudlis).

I’m a mother to 2 grown children.  I live in Poland in Chorzow.

I work as a teacher of technical and artistic activities. I enjoy my work with young people.
I discovered scrapbooking in 2008 and have been getting my hands messy with all kinds of creative fun ever since.
My main passion is cardmaking, which I have been doing for the last 5 years or so.I enjoy other techniques: origami, quilling, iris folding.
I love the work in the style of vintage and shabby. But also I like style simple and clean. I am making cards, albums and home decorations.
Now, paper crafting is a complete obsession!

Thank you so much to 'City Crafter Challenge Blog' for having me this week, I've really enjoyed being your guest!

Lovely project by our guest designer Rudlis

Week 163 ~ Clean and Neutral

Guest Designer

Please meet.....

Hi, I'm Lisette and I live in Sheffield, England. I am excited and honoured to have been lucky enough to win a guest designer spot for the second time. CCCB was one of the very first blog challenges I ever discovered with one of the friendliest teams and followers in blogland.  I've been blogging for almost a year and have loved every minute. My ambition is to work full-time in the crafting world in some way. In my day job I work for a charity that trains people to set up healthy cooking clubs and to get people cooking good food from scratch. I was previously a primary school teacher and also had a long spell working for the BBC . I've been married for over thirty years and have two grown-up (well sometimes!) sons. All three men in my house are very good at putting up with my crafting mess!

Look what Lisette created for you

Please pop over to Lisette's blog and leave some love
