Week 282 ~ Scribble Doodle Fun

Guest Designer

Please meet.......

Hello crafters!  Theresa of Theresa's Studio here. I am delighted to be CCCB's Guest Designer this week.  I have been happily retired since 2001 and live in Northeast Ohio with my wonderful husband and we will be celebrating our 38th anniversary this month.  I have been crafting nearly my whole life but became a serious card maker after my friend and neighbor, Rita, got me interested after I retired, in stamping, embossing and all those fun things used to create cards.  And thanks to my generous husband I now own a lot of tools and stash to support my addiction.  Before that, I made greeting cards on the computer and just printed them on card stock.  I have been blogging since 2008 on my blog http://theresastudio.blogspot.com/
Thanks to the great Designers at City Crafter for having me as a guest designer.

Just look at how fun these projects are, hop right over to Theresa's blog for more!

City Crafter Challenge Blog 280 ~Fall has arrived

Hello everyone!

It's Tuesday and that means time for a new challenge!
Today it's my turn to host and I choose the theme:
"Fall has arrived"
I am asking you to create a card or project based
upon elements of the photo inspiration.
It's September 22nd so it's officially Fall.
Leaves are starting to fall off the trees.
But it's also harvest time
so that's also a great idea to start with.
Or create a view with hills or borders.
Just have fun!

~ Stella

Week 280 ~ Fall Has Arrived

Guest Designer

Please meet.....

Andie Miller

Hello City Crafters!  My name is Andrea Miller - I go by Andie.  I am a wife of 22 years to my wonderful husband, Dan, and mother to our two beautiful, talented and smart children, Tim and Katie.  We've made a nice home for ourselves in Chandler, Arizona where it is hot until around this time each year.  I've crafted and written on my blog, Contagiously Crafty located at viralscrap.blogspot.com, since 2010.  I work full time outside the home at a demanding job which requires lots of commitment.  Crafting is my stress relief, creative outlet and joy.  I don't always get to join challenges, but try to hop around the internet leaving comments to encourage others and spread the crafting "bug".   I am so tickled to be able to join you this week as we are inspired by fall.  Thank you so much to the City Crafters hosts for asking me to be a guest here today. I was inspired by the pop of red in the inspiration photo.  You can see how that turned up in my card.  Now, it's your turn to get crafting!

What a beautiful card Andie!

Do stop by Andie's blog for more of her beautiful creation!
