It's Ros here with you this week... So far we are having a lovely summer in the UK and I'd love to go to the beach... So that's my challenge for you this week 

"Let's Go To the Beach"

Create a project with a beach theme or something from the beach... i.e. Shells. sand sea, fish etc.,

Hello! I am Nicole Parmentier; forty-something years old and I live in Nuenen (a little village in the Netherlands) together with my husband, two teenage sons and our chocolate brown lab called Nutella. I work part-time as an interactive designer for online learning programs. A great job but during leisure time I love to create with my hands in stead of the computer. I create scrapbooks and journals for more than sixteen years now but a few years ago I discovered cardmaking and stamping. I still love to do both but because of the time available I have to say that cardmaking is the option I mostly go for. I love the interaction and inspriration I get from fellow bloggers and challenge blogs like this! Ofcourse I am very honored to be a guest designer at City Crafters and I hope you enjoy this summery challenge as much as I did!!

Firstly, I want to sincerely thank City Crafter​s Challenge and its

 designers for this opportunity! What a joy to be guest designing here with such talented company.
So with that said, let me introduce myself. My name is Shawna Standish from TheGrandStampede. I am a forty year old mother of two, nicely nestled in Michigan, USA. I have been creating cards for about three years. It all started when I was faced with the possibility of becoming blind. It was not until then I started looking at color and objects with new vigor, soaking up everything, knowing I might not see in the future. Fortunately I am fine, and I live to see another day.
My crafting however, lead into an unstoppable obsession. I wanted to share my art with others who had similar interests. I ended up finding wonderful people from all around the world. I could not be more blessed to know my blog friends and to see their art which inspires so much of what I do. Again thanks to everyone at City Crafters Challenge ​

for this amazing opportunity to share my work with others.
