City Crafter Challenge Blog Week #66- It's A Shore Thing

Hi all! It is Cheryl back with this week's challenge...and one thing I know for "shore" is that I LOVE THE BEACH! I was born and raised seven blocks from the beach and I'm pretty "shore" that at least a little bit of salt water runs in my veins. You can take the girl away from the beach, but you can't take the beach away from the girl...no matter how far I live away from it, it is still a part of who I am. So we are celebrating the beach this week with our theme, "It's A Shore Thing"! Your challenge is simply to create any beach related project. I "shore" hope you will join us!! I don't know if you know this or not but i live here in the desert where the SUN can be brutal... so when I was trying to come up with a theme for this week's challenge that was all I could think of. So that is what I went with...

Here's a little about Heidi in her own words:

My name is Heidi and I was born in '67. I live in a cosy red house by the lake and I find most of my inspiration in nature. My 3 children are grown up so I live with my 2 dogs and 6 birds. I work full time and the best way to unwind is to sit down and be creative. I've always expressed myself through creating. Over the past year I've fallen in love with card making. And my favourite style is Vintage and Shabby Chic. I really enjoy taking part of this blogophere - since I started my blog in June last year, I've got to know many wonderful, creative and talented people.
